Secure Your Place"This is not about yoga. It's about returning to yourself."
You've been carrying a lot lately. Work, people, decisions, expectations — all of it sitting in your shoulders, your chest, your back.
You know something needs to shift. The overworking, the scrolling, the "productive weekend" — none of it fills you back up.
You're ready for something quieter. Softer. Real.
A slow, somatic practice for where women hold the most — shoulders, chest, hips. No experience needed.
Four flowers, four feelings. You choose what draws you — then we read your bouquet together. A mirror, not a test.
Fresh smoothies, seasonal fruit, and good company among flowers.
Draw a card rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom — a gentle message for where you are. Yours to take home.

A hidden garden retreat in the heart of Bangkok — lush, quiet, and completely removed from the city rush. Enter through the restaurant; our garden studio is just inside. Staff will guide you to the Baan Suan Sathorn garden room.
Not at all. This practice is slow, somatic, and guided entirely by sensation — not by skill or flexibility. Women of all levels and body types are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in — yoga-friendly, soft fabrics, nothing too tight or restrictive. Yoga mats and water are included. Just bring an open heart. That's it.
Yes, intentionally. SABAI events are designed to feel intimate and unhurried — where every woman feels seen, not lost in a crowd. 15 is the maximum, and once those spots are taken, registration closes.
Spots are non-refundable due to the small size of the event, but they are fully transferable. If you can't make it, you can give your spot to a friend — just let us know their name and contact before June 27.
The event is conducted in English. All guidance, rituals, and conversation will be in English — we welcome women from all backgrounds and nationalities.
Doors open at 10:30 and the practice begins at 11:00 sharp. We ask that you arrive by 10:50 so the opening ritual is held for everyone. If there's an emergency, please WhatsApp us in advance.
